Please cancel your appointment 48 hours prior to your appointment. I charge a 50% fee for any canceled or rescheduled appointment WITHIN 48 hours of your appointment There is a 15 minute grace period. In this time frame I will still be able to service you but your service maybe shorten depending on what you're having done. ex: No blowdry, haircut . etc Anything after 15+ minutes your service will be cut back or changed entirely. If I have to reschedule you, the cancellation policy will apply. Please understand this is the best way I can accommodate all of you. Service & Cancellation Policy All services at Hair by Melia Rasmussen are guaranteed for one week when proper at-home care is followed and no other stylist or salon has performed any services on your hair during that time. Once another stylist or salon touches, tones, colors, styles, or adjusts your hair or extensions, the service guarantee becomes void. This applies to all color and extension services. Because professional time and products are provided at the time of service, no refunds will be issued. Adjustments may be offered within the one-week guarantee window if eligible. Cancellations or reschedules require at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in loss of future booking privileges.
